Private Events

In addition to our public workshops, we offer private events for small groups. Whether you are looking for a memorable way to celebrate a special occasion ( birthday, baby shower, bachelorette, etc.) or just seeking a fun night out with friends - we have the perfect solution! Private workshops are also a great option for team building events for any small business.

How does it work?

2. Fill out the booking request form at the bottom of the page

3. Keep an eye out for an email (please check your junk folder), we will be in touch within 24 hours to continue the booking process. 

FAQ:

How much does it cost? Private events are priced according to our regular workshop ticket price per person and vary based upon the workshop type. No additional fees are applied.

What are your private event policies? Private events are available for groups with a maximum of 10 people and minimum of no less than 4 people.  Masks are required at all times with the exception of when drinking water, due to public health laws. As of Oct 4th 2021, all participants are required to be fully vaccinated no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date to participate. All staff at Sparkles n' Sawdust Studio are full vaccinated for your protection and are behind plexiglass while teaching the workshop. All workshops involve no hands on contact from staff and we can provide individual plexiglass cubicles for groups of 4. Private bookings are not considered complete until payment has been received in full and this is due once the booking has been finalized. All sales are final and nonrefundable. Please note that in order to make sure that the event runs smoothly, it is important that everyone arrives on time for the booking. If possible, we ask that guests please arrive a few minutes early to allow for vaccine validation - thank you! 

What is your cancellation policy? are not accepted however, you can reschedule up to 7 days prior to the event if proper notification has been given. Please note that once the booking has been finalized, the workshop type can not be changed. In the rare circumstance that we are unable to host your event due to inclement weather or new covid-19 restrictions, you will be notified in advance by email to reschedule.

Where can we park? Street parking can usually be found in the surrounding area. Also, there are several paid parking lots near by. On street parking & Hotspot meter information can be viewed HERE

Is there anything else that I should know? Sparkles n' Sawdust Studio offers exclusively adult workshops, therefore our insurance does not permit anyone under age to participate. Our suite is located within a mixed use commercial building that has shared washrooms. Unfortunately, these restrooms do not have a changing table and are not wheelchair accessible - sorry. Please note that we are not licensed and therefore no alcoholic beverages are permitted on premise. Thank you for your understanding!
