Inside Sparkles n' Sawdust Studio you will find a bohemian oasis - filled with a little creative community of local Artisans. Browse a unique selection of art, baked goods, handmade products and so much more. Supporting local has never been easier!

Sparkles n' Sawdust Studio is located at 5239 Blowers St. The entrance is directly beside Willy's, just down from Pizza Corner.

Due to space limitations, the Thursday Nite Market can only accept a maximum of 14 vendors per market. First priority is given to permanent vendor applicants & second - to seasonal. Pop-up vendor spots depend upon space and product category availability.

Electricity is available for vendors for an additional cost $5/month

The Thursday Nite Market runs year round, with the exception of a brief winter closure (Dec 15th 2022 - March 15th 2023).

We believe in the importance of creating a non-competitive market environment and therefore, we only accept 1 vendor per category. This also helps to increase each vendor's selling potential.

Our in-studio boutique sells a wide range of products. Therefore, we can't guarantee that there won't be any over lap in products.

Please note: If a permanent vendor spot is filled for any category, seasonal and pop-ups won't be accepted for 1 year at a minimum for this category. Filled categories will be listed on this page and updated regularly.

Vendor selection is based upon availability, product quality, originality professional display & digital presence. Please note that we do not accept vendors who do not have a website or social media presence - sorry!

Permanent Vendors | * 1 YEAR CONTRACT
Markets run every Thursday from 6 - 10 PM (Set-up begins at 5 PM) 
Permanent vendors are permitted to hire someone to manage their station or have a family member or friend fill in from time to time.
Annual fee - $1440+hst | Payment plan available upon request

Permanent vendors are prioritized & have several perks which include:


  • 4 ft table & chair provided

  • Year-round marketing (excluding winter closure Dec 15 - March 15th)

  • Premium location

  • Reduced vendor fee

  • Optional yearly contract renewal (pending management approval)


Those who are selected during the initial screening process will be contacted by email within 7 days to arrange an in-person meeting at Sparkles n' Sawdust Studio. Please check your junk mail or "other" folder.

Seasonal Vendors | 2- 3 MONTH CONTRACT
Seasonal vendors are required to participate every Thursday during their contracted season. Seasonal vendors are permitted to hire someone to manage their station or have a family member or friend fill in from time to time.

Seasonal Vendor Fee: $ 450 +hst
(Monthly payment plan available upon request)

Pop-up Vendors | 1 TIME ONLY

Pop up vendors are required to bring their own 4 ft table (no other size is permitted - sorry!).

The creator or business owner is required to operate the table themselves and is therefore not permitted to have someone else selling on their behalf.

Vendor fee $50+hst | Advanced payment is required via e-transfer
Please note that pop-up vendors are required to bring their own 4ft table

Pop-up contracts includes:

  • 1 vendor spot

  • 1 chair is provided

  • 1 week marketing

  • Studio perimeter vendor location


Those who are approved will be notified by email within 7 days and placed on a wait list. Pop-up vendors will be contacted by either telephone or email, if a spot for their category becomes available. Please keep an eye on your junk mail or "other" folder. To be removed from this list please make a request by email.

Sparkles n' Sawdust Studio strictly follows all covid-19 laws and mandates.
Masks are currently not required nor is vaccination to participate or attend the Thursday Nite Market. However, as this is an indoor event masks are encouraged.
